Riot officially revealed that Wild Rift Nilah is the next champion joining the game. Playing as a marksmen, who utilizes a whip to deal her damage, the champion is sure to be an enjoyable champion. But this then begs the question, ‘What is the Wild Rift Nilah release date?’
According to Riot, the official release date is July 20. This was revealed in a Twitter post from the Wild Rift official Twitter account, thereby confirming the release date.

It appears the champion is debuting solo, with Wild Rift Hecarim and Vladimir likely releasing in a later patch. This aligns with the usual release trends for the mobile game — which typically sees champions releasing in either pairs or solo. And since Ornn and Volibear just debuted together, it makes sense that Wild Rift Nilah release date is separate from her contemporaries.
Similarly to other champion releases, expect Nilah to debut with an event celebrating her launch. This event will allow players to farm some points through missions, which eventually will allow them to unlock the champion for free. Otherwise, players can buy her with blue motes or wild cores, standing at the same price as every other champion in the game.
But keep in mind, this event will only be available for a limited time. So for players looking to unlock Wild Rift Nilah without using their in game currency, make sure to play during this period of time!
