Connor McDavid has officially won the Art Ross Trophy for the player with the most points and it wasn’t a competition. McDavid had a huge lead at the halfway point of the season and was on fire during the second half of the season. McDavid finished with 105 points in 56 games and he was on pace for 154 points in an 82 game season. McDavid reached a whole different level this season.

Quite a bit away from McDavid was his teammate Drasaitl, who had an impressive season himself with 84 points in 56 games and was on pace for 123 points. In third place is Brad Marchand who has had a very underrated season, being a huge difference-maker for the Bruins. Mitch Marner is fourth in scoring with most of his points coming from assists on teammate Auston Matthews’ goals, who is tied fifth with Patrick Kane and Mikko Rantanen

Auston Matthews has won the Maurice Rocket Richard Trophy for having the most goals during the season. Matthews has been on a tear this entire season and was on pace for 65 goals in an 82 game season. In second is McDavid, who has been phenomenal all around this year. Just behind McDavid is Alex DeBrincat who came out of nowhere in the goal-scoring race and is quietly having a great year. Rounding out the top five is Drasaitl and Rantanen who both have consistently produced this season.

Phillip Grubauer finishes as the best goalie statistically, putting up a great record and individual stats. Grubauer’s strong season in net is one of the key reasons why the Avalanche finished as the best team in the league. Just narrowly behind Grubauer is Marc-Andre Fleury who had a bounce-back year, but is statistically a little worse than Grubauer. The Vezina front runner, Andrei Vasilevskiy was the third best goalie this year. Vasilevskiy started the season very hot but trailed off towards the end of the season. Nonetheless, he had a great season and it is looking like he will win the Vezina Trophy. Juuse Saros is one of the most underrated in the league with his amazing play as he managed to carry the Predators to the playoffs. Even though his stats don’t show it, Saros was one of the best goalies this year. Varlamov had a great season for the Islanders and strong goaltending led the Islanders to a great regular season.
