Nate Solder, the former left tackle for the Giants, decided to stay with the team, according to news media outlets and insider information. Ian Rapoport from NFL Network, tweeted the news yesterday afternoon, March 13.
“The Giants and OT Nate Solder have agreed in principle to a reworked deal to return to New York, source said, as NYG locks in the experienced tackle. The two sides are working out the final details, but Solder is staying barring any last-minute hiccups.” Rapoport tweeted.
Specific details on the financial side of the new contract were not specified by Repoport. However, ESPN tweeted that the Giants come in with roughly $2.3 million in cap space before the Solder restructure.
However, he is confident that Solder will stay with the Giants for another year.

Nate Solder first started out his NFL career as a New England Patriot. Joining the team in 2011.During 2011, Solder started 13 of 16 games, and appeared in the Superbowl during his first season, however the team loss.
