There is a lot of snow up in Green Bay and on this day there were 16 inches. The weather conditions were nearly unbearable with the temperature being 27 degrees. The winds were gusting anywhere from 25-35 miles per hour throughout the game, making the wind chill negative five degrees. The game would be later called the “Snow Bowl.” Over 50,000 tickets were sold, but only 19,856 fans showed up for the game. The Packers handled the conditions better than the Bucs and won 21-0. They held the Bucs to just 54 rushing yards and 53 passing yards. This snow game will forever be one of the best.
