The Boston Uprising have signed DPS Byeon “Munchkin” Sang-beom. Munchkin spent the past 2 seasons in OWL with the Seoul Dynasty. He was also previously highlighted as a top free agent this off season to sign in recent TGH article.
Enough teasing. Please welcome @MunchkinOW to #BostonUp!

Munchkin joins the Uprising after taking a break from the competitive scene stating “personal reasons”. As the only former OWL player to join Boston so far, Munchkin will be extremely vital to the growth of a relatively young team.Â
Back in 2017, Munchkin was a part of Lazer Kittenz, alongside fellow OWL players Luis “Greyy” Perestrelo and Finley “Kyb” Adisi. This bears mentioning because the Uprising had teased Munchkin’s signing with one of the weirdest tweets this off season.Â

Munchkin joins a DPS line of Kelsey “Colourhex” Birse and Min “Jerry” Tae-hee, potentially as a mentor for the young duo.
