The Miami Dolphins continue re-signing their players, as Sheldrick Redwine agrees to a new contract. Redwine is signing a one-year deal with the Dolphins, meaning they have not yet lost a single player from the defensive side of the ball in free agency.
South Florida sports writer Barry Jackson reported the news via Twitter.
With Sheldrick Redwine re-signing today, Dolphins have now resigned Ogbah, Roberts, Riley and Eguavoen from this defense. … Brennan Scarlett (Dolphins have spoken with him) and Justin Coleman only prominent FAs remaining from that unit.

Redwine was originally a Brown, after being drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. After two seasons there, he joined the New York Jets and Carolina Panthers before settling with the Dolphins, all of which happened in 2021.
During his four games with the Dolphins, Redwine had just two combined tackles (one solo, one assisted) and posted no other stats. The details of his one-year deal have not been released at time of writing. Stay tuned for more breaking NFL news, including extensive 2022 NFL free agency coverage.
