Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson will play in Week 10 against the Green Bay Packers. The doctor that performed the surgery on Wilson’s finger declared him ready for NFL action. He had surgery on his finger back in October, including placing pins in it.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news via Twitter on Monday.

The seven-time Pro Bowl selection and Super Bowl Champion had never missed a single game from 2012 until Week 6 of 2021. When he was sidelined, the Seahawks were 2-3, as Wilson has 1,196 yards passing for 10 touchdowns and only one interception.
Seattle is now 3-5, winning just one of the games in which backup quarterback Geno Smith was under center. Wilson will return against the Green Bay Packers, who sit at 7-2 after suffering a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9 as Aaron Rodgers sat out on the COVID-19 list.
