The Carolina Panthers decided to kick of their legal tampering period with the signing of interior offensive lineman Pat Elflein. ESPN’s Adam Schefet was the first to report the news.
Former Jets' OL Pat Elflein reached agreement on a three-year, $13.5 million deal including $6 million fully guaranteed with the Carolina Panthers, per source.
Elflein's agent, @FeinsodJonathan, confirmed his player intends to sign with Carolina.

Elflein, 26, is a former third round pick by the Minnesota Vikings in 2017, who has also spent time with the New York Jets. Although he started for both teams he has struggled to stay healthy over his career.
The Panthers have a hole in their line at left guard, so Elflein will likely fill in there for the team during the 2021 season.
