This deal comes after the team exercised his fifth-year option in April of 2019. Now that Decker is signed for six years, three-fifths of their offensive line is signed for at least three more seasons. Decker has played for the Lions since being drafted in the first round by Detroit in 2016.
The left tackle has only missed nine games since 2016, playing in 15 last season. He played in 94 percent of all offensive snaps in 2019.
