Marrone posted a 23-43 record in five seasons with Jacksonville. In his first full season as head coach, the Jaguars went 10-6 and ended up making the AFC Championship Game. Since that point, the Jaguars have not finished with a .500 record. This season, they won just one game.
The Jaguars will be starting their rebuild with the number one pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and plenty of cap space to work with. It will be one of the more desirable jobs on the market this offseason. Urban Meyer has already been linked to the job.
