Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is the latest to test positive for COVID-19 in an outbreak that is sweeping the NFL. It is possible that Sirianni could return to the team before Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported the news via Twitter on Wednesday.

Multiple Week 15 games were moved due to outbreaks among teams. This was done to ensure as many players could return to the field as possible in an effort to put the best product on the field without actually cancelling or postponing the games past Week 18. The Browns, Football Team and Rams were the main reasons for postponing these games.
If Sirianni is vaccinated, he can return to the sideline as soon as he feels asymptomatic and presents two negative tests in a 24-hour period. If he is unvaccinated he will have to meet the previous two parameters and also quarantine for 10 days.
