McDowell was apparently nude next to a children’s learning center, then charging at a police officer “with a closed fist.” This is not his first run-in with the law, as he has a DUI, disorderly conduct charge and also fought a police officer in a gas station in 2019.
The Seattle Seahawks selected McDowell with the 35th overall selection in the 2017 NFL Draft. He played in Seattle for two seasons before joining the Browns in 2021. He played in 15 games, starting 14, in Cleveland, racking up three sacks and 33 combined tackles.
