The Denver Broncos have agreed to a two-year, $7.5 million deal with free agent running back Samaje Perine according to Mike Garafolo.
Perine, 27, has played for Washington, Miami and Cincinnati in his career. In his six-year career, he has rushed for 1,592 yards and seven touchdowns. Last season in Cincinnati, he had 394 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
Denver has added a lot of pieces to their offense in free agency. Perine provides depth at the running back position while Javonte Williams recovers from his torn ACL suffered during the 2022 season.
