Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams is officially out of the lineup for Week 13’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Williams apparently has an ankle injury that is holding him out this week. It is unclear how long he will be off the field.
The Chargers’ official Twitter account announced that Williams was out, along with two other players.
A Charger since entering the league in 2017, Williams has had to pick up the slack for Keenan Allen, who spent a long time on the bench due to injuries of his own. Along with Williams, center Corey Linsley is out along with Trey Pipkins.
Williams has already missed three games this year, in Weeks 9, 10 and 12. In his eight appearances, he has 38 catches for 510 yards and three touchdowns. Last season, he appeared in every game but one, racking up over 1,150 yards.
