Foreman, 25, was a third-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. He has played for the Texans and Titans in his four NFL seasons. In his career, he has rushed for 987 yards and five touchdowns.
Last season, he helped the Titans when Derrick Henry went down with an injury. In nine games, he rushed for 566 yards and three touchdowns.
With Christian McCaffrey sustaining another significant injury last season, the signing of Foreman gives the Panthers much-needed running back depth. He may also see some of the goal-line work for the team.
