Williamson is the 19-year-old phenom who was selected by the New Orleans Pelicans with the first overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. At Duke last season, Williamson averaged 22.6 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. He won nearly every national award possible for an individual player at the college level.
The Pelicans will rely more on Jahlil Okafor, Jaxson Hayes, Derrick Favors and Brandon Ingram in the frontcourt to start the season.
