Okafor, 24, was selected third overall in the 2015 NBA Draft by the 76ers. He has also played for the Nets and the Pelicans in his career. In his career, he has averaged 11 points and 5.0 rebounds per game.
The Pistons already signed Mason Plumlee in free agency, so the frontcourt will have a lot of depth this season.
