The Boston Celtics have traded Bol Bol and P.J. Dozier to the Orlando Magic. They are also sending over a second round pick and cash. In return they are receiving a future second-rounder.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported the news via Twitter on Thursday.
The Celtics are trading PJ Dozier and Bol Bol, a future second and cash to the Magic for a future second-round pick, sources tell ESPN. Dozier and Bol are both out for the season. Cost-savings for Boston.

Dozier and Bol are both injured and out for the remainder of the 2022 season. They are expunging money from their salary cap by trading these two young players. Bol is just 22-years-old, while Dozier is 25. Neither player entered a single game for the Celtics this season.
