The Minnesota Twins will receive catcher Sandy Leon from the Cleveland Guardians in exchange for Ian Hamilton according to Zack Meisel.
Fine, here's a trade: The Guardians acquired pitcher Ian Hamilton from the Twins for catcher Sandy León.

Hamilton, 27, had a 3.29 ERA across six minor league seasons. He made one appearance for the Twins and had a 6.75 ERA.
Leon, 33, is batting .133 in eight games played this season. His role as a backup catcher has helped him play 11 MLB seasons.
The trade should have minimal impact on both teams, but is interesting as both teams are currently competing in the AL Central.
