While PC players have been enjoying the game for the past two years, a TemTem release date finally gets announced for consoles leaving its early access stage. Console players can now choose between the different TemTem editions to start the journey in style.

For console players who haven’t heard of Temtem before, think of Pokemon but on a massive multiplayer level. In TemTem, players will be exploring 6 vast islands of Airborne Archipelago, discovering new species of TemTem, catching them, battling other tamers, and even customizing their own house.

Special Editions

Crema, Humble Games, and Final Boss Bundle have come together to present gamers with the Temtem Collector’s Edition Bundle. Here’s what’s in the box:

  • 6-inch Temtem Starter Statue Diorama featuring Crystle, Smazee, and Houchic
  • 3 TemCard Replicas featuring Gharunder, Kinu and Shuine
  • Set of 3 Embroidered Iron-On Patches featuring Fomu, Oree, and Saipat
  • Set of 3 Soft Enamel Pins featuring Crystle, Smazee, and Houchic

There are special rewards for the preorder of the Standard edition of TemTem along with a deluxe edition. The bonus cosmetic content however is to be revealed at a later date and made available when Temtem launches.

Features

TemTem is a massively multiplayer experience. Friends or other gamers from all over the world can hop on join you on your many adventures. If TemTem battles with other players aren’t on the agenda, gamers can join forces for a coop adventure. With a friend, players can work together towards the next mission, catch a new Temtem, complete a Route, or face off against a TemTem Leader.

If players decide to not work together a competitive mode is available to participate in. How competitive competition works are players will begin by choosing 8 Temtem and the pick and ban phase will begin. Once all picks and bans are made the TemTem battle begins.

TemTem Editions

 

After two years of early access on the PC, Humble Games and Crema are officially releasing the finished version of their game. At launch, new players will be able to experience some new features, such as Seasons, the final island of Archipelago, and new weekly quests. On September 6 TemTem will be transitioning from its early access stage to the final version for PC players.

While preorders for Xbox are currently up for the title Nintendo Switch preorders are in the process of being made available.
