Pokemon GO has been one of the biggest games in the world since its launch. It is easy to play for all ages and available on basically every mobile device. Because of that, players have been walking around the world catching Pokemon with Pokeballs being the main resource of the game. For so long there has been one ultimate ball that has not been available to fans, the Master Ball. Now, Pokemon GO has finally revealed the Master Ball. Here is how and when to get it.

For those who may not know its origin, the Master Ball was first revealed in the original Pokemon games, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green. It was the ultimate Pokeball. Mainly because no matter what Pokemon players were trying to catch, it had a 100% catch rate. That is correct, it will catch any Pokemon, at any time, no matter what.
The only problem was that unless players used an in-game hack to get infinite items, there was only one in the game. That meant that most players would use it either on Mewtwo or one of the Legendary Birds as those were one-time encounters.
With it getting added to Pokemon GO, it will be interesting to see how fans use this Pokeball as well.
Here is how to get it according to the official Pokemon GO website.
“Seasonal Special Research: Let’s GO
Throughout Season 10: Rising Heroes, free Special Research will be available. The final story will begin on May 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Willow’s back with some news on Team GO Rocket’s latest plans…and a gift.
You’ll be able to claim the Special Research until the end of Season 10: Rising Heroes, on June 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers who complete the research will get a Master Ball as one of the rewards.
Receiving a rare and powerful Master Ball is a special occasion—think wisely about how you’ll use it, and keep a lookout for future opportunities in Pokémon GO to acquire more!”
Now the question becomes, how will players find a way to get more than one and what Pokemon will they use it on?
