One of the great new franchises to make their way into the world of gaming is the Horizon series. Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West both revolve around main character Aloy as she tries to save the world from the machines that have evolved to take it over after the original fall of man. Since its release, it has been heralded as a worthy second game in the series and is available on PlayStation 4 and 5. But Is Horizon Forbidden West Available on PC or Steam?

The original Horizon game was a PlayStation exclusive. It was released in 2017 winning awards over many categories. Specifically winning 15 different awards according to its Wikipedia page. That and the ending made it clear that there would be a sequel game with Aloy at its center once again.
This one would focus around Aloy going out west and was released only in February of 2022. So far, it has only won two different awards after being nominated in a tough year where many games were released. Not surprisingly, the latest God of War, another PlayStation exclusive, was what beat it out in many different major categories.
For Horizon Zero Dawn, the wait for it to come to PC was much longer than many anticipated. It would not be until August of 2020 that the game would finally make its way to the Steam Store and PC. Whether yet again, it would be very well received.
When asking if Horizon Forbidden West is Available on PC or Steam, the sad answer is not yet. There was some coding found though that would suggest that it will be coming sooner than its predecessor did.
Since it is seeming already in the works, it would seem as though the wait will not be too much longer. Even sometime in 2023.
Once more is known, this article will be updated to reflect any leaks or official news.
