Well, Cementoss is an absolute monster in My Hero Ultra Rumble. He has an instant revive, mobility, high damage, and insane counter play, but he’s not the easiest to use.
Cementoss is easily one of the highest skill expression characters in the game. Think of the building mechanic in Fortnite, but only one character has the ability to do so, and the building itself does damage. Utilizing his skills, Cementoss can essentially create his own high ground.

And once achieving the high ground, he not only has arial options to navigate upwards trajectory, but he also has insane range. His Alpha ability has practically unlimited range, detonating only upon hitting a target rather than running out after a certain distance. This makes him an incredible sniper. Comboed with making his own high ground, the utility has has in a team fight is unmatched.
The only issue is he can hinder his allies with his walls if he’s not careful. And precariously creating cement can easily do nothing in the long run. But if players understand exactly how to build, and how to aim the cement blocks, Cementoss is truly unmatched in damage. In essence, players who are skilled at aiming will be rewarded when playing Cementoss in My Hero Ultra Rumble.
PC Cementoss is truly different
Since pin point aiming is crucial on Cementoss, he’s practically a different character on PC. Since PC players have access to mouse and keyboard, and he can be used without aim assist, the skill expression on the hero incomparable with everyone else in the game.
Even the most skilled console players will find themselves missing the majority of Cementoss’s basic ranged attacks. But on PC, the accuracy of mouse and keyboard alongside the unlimited range of his tosses make him a force to be reckoned with.
