In Minecraft Legends gold is one of the most important resources that players can gather. With it, gamers can further upgrade their armies and bases in order to face off against the piglin army. Here’s how to get gold in Minecraft Legends.
Struck Gold
Unlike traditional Minecraft, gold can’t be found simply by mining. Gold can be located by destroying the piglin gold mines at their outposts or occasionally drops by destroying other structures. The mines can be seen drilling and pumping holes in the ground at these outposts. Piglin chests when unlocked also have the possibility of dropping gold blocks. Gold can be used to buy upgrades at the Well Of Fate.
Different Editions
Minecraft Legends will only be launching with two different editions. Surprisingly if gamers choose to pre-order the title they actually will NOT receive any sort of bonus reward or perk. The only way to receive anything extra is to purchase the Deluxe Pack of the title.

The Gameplay
Minecraft Legends’ PVP multiplayer mode, will be included at the launch on April 18, 2023. This PVP multiplayer will be a separate addition from the title’s main story mode. The main story has gamers fighting battles to defend the Overworld from the destructive piglins.
In Minecraft Legends, the PVP experience will be cross-platform. Players will be able to party up with eight players, split into two teams. Each of the teams is tasked with the goal to capture and destroy their opponent’s base. What makes this so special is the fact that base defense relies on how each team builds it within their group making communication a key aspect. Every member of the team shares the same resources so every decision counts. Each PVP area is randomly generated which means every match will be a new one to experience and of course, enemy mobs will still be in the world. In Minecraft Legends it will be the Piglins taking part in the combat.
Minecraft Legends along with its PVP mode is set to launch on April 18, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S Nintendo Switch, and PC. Minecraft Legends also will be made available for free to any Xbox Game Pass Subscriber.
