With the Splatoon 3 release right around the corner, players will get to experience Splatoon 3’s official demo before launch. The Splatoon 3 Splatfest World Premiere. Players will get to choose a team, create their own inkling or octoling and go head to head in an all-out turf war. The question players are wondering though, is does this Splatoon 3 Demo progress carry over to the full game?
Does My Splatoon Progress Transfer?
Unfortunately confirmed The Splatfest World Premiere demo progress will not be carried over into the full game. All players will be expected to start a new character once the game fully releases on September 9.
Splatoon 3 Demo Info
The Splatfest World Premiere demo will be playable starting August 25, but the Splatfest itself is taking place on August 27. In America the event begins at 9 a.m. PT or 12 p.m. ET and runs for 12 hours, concluding at 9 p.m. PT or 12 a.m. ET.
The World Premiere event will be divided up into two halves. During the first half of the Splatfest players will take part in the traditional Turf War battles. During the second half of the event, players will be placed in a Tricolor Turf Wars. Four players from the first place team and two players from the second and third place sides will compete in a triple threat three-way battle.
Free Nintendo Switch Online
Players will receive a free trial code for Nintendo Switch Online via their email after downloading the Splatoon 3 demo client. The code can be redeemed through the Nintendo eShop. The free trial code will expire on August 31.
