The 2021-22 NFL season has only one week left. There are a select few leagues that have their championship during Week 18. In a crucial week like this, it is important to have backup options on your fantasy roster because injuries are continuing to mount up. It is always a great idea to evaluate backup options so that way fantasy managers are prepared if star players miss time due to injury or because a team’s playoff position is locked. Here are the fantasy football week 18 quarterback rankings.

(Check out the section below for details on players already rumored to possibly miss this week and how their replacement options rank for the week)
Key:
Must Start- a player who should definitely be in your lineup that week because of the combination of matchup and talent. They will likely finish near the top of the league in points that week and could repeat the production most weeks.
Starter- a player who makes fantasy owners comfortable starting week after week. Regardless of the matchup, this player has a high floor.
Low-End Starter- a player who should be started in most lineups but can possibly bottom out and finish below average on a given week. A high ceiling play in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.
Streamer- a player who could be a perfect replacement for a starter for a week or two. Starting this player may not win you your lineup but they will make sure that your production out of that position will not lose you your matchup either. Also a viable option in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.
Deep League Streamer- a player who could fill a void at a position in a deeper league. Their ceiling may be close to average point production at the position but their floor is enough to get through the week. A reasonable player to have in your lineup in two-quarterback or superflex leagues.
Leave on the Bench- a player who should be avoided in all lineups that week. Many times this player could even be left on waivers.

Possible Changes that can occur before Sunday
QB1 Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
Jalen Hurts was limited in Thursday’s practice with both an ankle and right elbow injury. If he was to miss this week’s game against the New England Patriots Case Keenum would be the QB16 between Kenny Pickett and Baker Mayfield.
QB3 Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
Jalen Hurts missed the past two games with a shoulder injury. Nick Sirianni said that Hurt’s shoulder is “trending in the right direction”. However, it is not guaranteed that Hurts returns this week. If Hurts doesn’t play this week against the New York Giants Gardner Minshew will be the QB18 between Baker Mayfield and Tom Brady.
QB6 Trevor Lawerence, Jacksonville Jaguars
Trevor Lawerence is questionable for the Jacksonville Jaguars game against the Tennessee Titans with a toe injury. If Lawerence doesn’t play this week then C.J. Beathard will be the QB30 between David Blough and Daniel Jones.
QB23 Tyler Huntley. Baltimore Ravens
Tyler Huntley was limited in practice on Thursday with both a shoulder and wrist injury. If Huntley doesn’t play this week against the Cincinnati Bengals Anthony Brown will be the QB33 below Nathan Peterman.
