Imagine playing a game of Overwatch, and having the payload uncontested all the way to the victory screen. This exact situation was what one Overwatch 2 player experienced during a match.
The team fight appeared to be going poorly, with their teammate going down one by one. But instead of trying to fight back, the Zenyatta player used their ultimate to whoosh on by the enemy team. They knew the enemy had a Zenyatta as well, which was apparently enough for the enemy to not realize what was going on.

While on the payload, the player looked over their shoulder, wondering if anyone was coming to contest the push. But nobody did, and the payload simply drove onto the very end checkpoint, earning them the victory.
Others reacted to the shared moment:
“Hahahaha! Those dumb**ses just let a giant golden beacon of an enemy go cap behind them. That was beautiful,” one user commented.
“No one bat an eye to the giant golden sun just walk through them?! That’s impressive,” another added.
Considering many victories in Overwatch 2 are hard fought, this particular one definitely stands out — definitely warranting the highlight and attention it has received.
