With the first week of qualifying for Call of Duty League’s Major 2 already behind us. Many of the teams are looking to improve in the second week of qualifying which is already upon us. Many players are also looking to take the league by storm in the second week to show why they deserve to be in the league. Here are some CDL Major 2 Qualifying Week 2 Predictions.
Players to Watch
Crimsix
It is easy to say why Crimsix is a player to watch this week. It is quite simply because he is on a struggling New York Subliners squad. As the Subliners look to make another couple of moves in possibly adding PaulEhx, the leadership of Crimsix is going to be something to watch. It will be very interesting to see how he fairs with his new team, especially when playing Paris.
Temp
Donny Temp is having the game of his life. However, it is all for nothing as his team, Paris Legion is one of the worst teams in the league. It makes it that much more unfortunate that his talent in Vanguard is being wasted. Things are looking up, however. This is due to the many moves that Paris is looking to make to turn this season around. It will be interesting to see how Temp will act when having younger players by his side.
Simp
If Simp plays well, FaZe will be unbeatable. It will be interesting to see how he and FaZe fare against top teams this week. There will be a point in time where Simp needs to step up during a match. It will be a sight to see the former MVP play if he ever gets to his regular self again.
Teams to Watch
Los Angeles Guerrillas
After all the moves, this team still remains, along with other top teams. It will be interesting to see how they fare as a whole in regards to playing this week. Could this team be chalked? It is a question everyone is asking as Slasher and Huke are continuing to be really inconsistent in matches.
Boston Breach
This could also add to players to look out for as the only reason why they are a team to watch is because of Capsidal and Nero. If they play better than they did the last couple of matches to the best of their ability, it could be a disaster for the teams they play. Will Boston Breach have enough to get victories to make it to the Winners Round in the major?
Los Angeles Thieves
Now, we look at the other team from Los Angeles. Only this time, they are one of the top teams in the league. Many people are asking if the Thieves are for real or not. They have questions when it comes to the play of Octane and Kenny after the first couple of matches they had. It will be interesting to see if the Thieves will bounce back and win their matches this week as they do have a tough schedule.
Overall, this week of qualifying will be interesting, to say the least. Could you imagine if all the teams on the bottom upset all the top teams due to all the moves being made? For the bottom-tier teams, it is a matter of survival. For the mid-tier teams, it is a matter of finding their identity. And for the top-tier teams, it is a matter of staying at the top. All in all, this second week of qualifying is going to be one to watch for sure.
