Last night, the Hangzhou Spark revealed their branding. The team took to Twitter and Weibo, updating their cover photos shortly before releasing the preview of their skins.

Hangzhou’s lineup will be sporting a dramatic pink and blue color scheme that immediately sets it apart from the other expansion teams. Between their striking colors and their ample use of emojis, the Spark brings a surprisingly cute presence to the Overwatch League.
In addition, the Hangzhou team made their first roster announcement, 18-year-old Xu “guxue” Qiulin. As of yet, they have only revealed guxue’s involvement with the team on Weibo, though an English-language announcement will likely follow soon. Though he currently plays on the Chinese team LGD Gaming, guxue grabbed a lot of attention for his performance with China’s World Cup team this year. The main tank star is a welcome addition to the roster, and it will be exciting to see him take his talents to the Overwatch League stage.
The Hangzhou Spark is the last of the Chinese expansion teams to announce their branding, shortly following the Guangzhou Charge and the Chengdu Hunters. With their announcement, only Washington and Vancouver remain without official branding reveals. Hopefully, they won’t leave us in suspense for much longer.
The Hangzhou Spark debut in the second season of the Overwatch League, beginning on February 14, 2019. For more updates and breaking news on the Overwatch League, keep up with us here at The Game Haus!
