Apex Legends continues to bring out great characters. They are very unique in what they offer and while some may be stronger than others, none of them are boring. This has continued since their first characters and now to the newest ones. Season 15 will see the newest Legend making their way into the arena. Here is what has been shown and is known about Apex Legends Catalyst including their release date.

As with every season, Apex Legends will be adding a brand new Legend. The newest one, Catalyst will be the first transgender character in the game. This comes after Bloodhound was revealed as non-binary and Apex Legends developers made it clear that they intended to add a character that was transgender.
Catalyst’s reveal video shows her being a bit of a rebel from the start. She gets her start fighting for her homeworld and now is fighting in the Apex arenas. While her abilities are not known yet, there are some clues as to what she will be doing.
Beyond this, there were massive leaks a few months ago with the new legends. So far, this leak has been extremely accurate and fans can see the Catalyst abilities.
While there has been plenty of time for them to change, these seem to be the abilities. As is seen in the video above, Catalyst is dealing with Ferrofluid. It essentially is a liquid that is attracted to magnets and can do cool things. Check out the Wikipedia Page here to learn more.
Her passive will have something to do with ferrofluid structures and doors and she can strengthen their integrity or allow them to take more damage. Then she can shoot the fuild into the ground creating a ramp that can be extended upon. Lastly, she makes a tower under herself with her ultimate.

In terms of the Apex Legends Catalyst Release Date, fans can expect to be playing the new Legends on November 1, 2022.
