This comes as a bit of a surprise considering Takeover was even promoted to the main team for a period at the end of Spring Split. Then he performed pretty well during the Summer Academy Split. Along with that, he will still be only 20 years old at the start of the 2023 season.
It feels as though under Dominic Kallas that the team will be taking a different approach than in years past. This is his and Glen’s first real offseason in the LCS. How they shape the current team for both the LCS and Academy will be worth watching as it will signify their intentions for the future as well as the present.
For now, it seems as though Takeover will not be a part of either the present or the future. His next moves are not yet clear. Regardless, he showed that he has talent and can be a fun playmaker for whatever team he plays with next.
