Noel, 26, is a former sixth overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Philadelphia 76ers. He has played six seasons in the NBA with the 76ers, Mavericks and Thunder. In his career, he has averaged 8.0 points and 6.2 rebounds per game.
For the Knicks, Noel will provide depth behind young center Mitchell Robinson. Noel will provide a good rebounder, shot blocker and defender for the team.
