Green Bay is giving him a one-year, $2.25 million deal.
Lewis, 35, is a 14-year vet who played the first 12 years of his career with the Jacksonville Jaguars before joining the Packers for the last two seasons. He had 15 catches for 156 yards and one touchdown last season. In his career, he has 393 receptions for 4,697 and 34 touchdowns.
The Packers will likely still be in the market for a tight end, as Lewis was their second tight end behind Jimmy Graham the last few seasons.
