Offensive lineman Ted Karras has signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Miami Dolphins. Previously, he had only been a member of the Patriots, meaning he is leaving for their rebuilding AFC East rival.
Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal reported the news via Twitter on Wednesday.

Karras, who has been a Patriot since 2016, has already played in three Super Bowls, and has won two. He played in Super Bowls 51, 52 and 53, winning against the Falcons and the Rams, but losing against the Eagles.
Most of his playing time has come in relief of other injured lineman, like Shaq Mason and David Andrews. But the Patriots are notorious for their “next man up” policy, so signing him to a “prove it” deal should prove smart for the Dolphins.
