The next batch of Pokemon coming to the popular MOBE, Pokemon Unite have been announced. They are Mew, Dodrio and Scizor. All three of these Pokemon will be coming in relatively quick succession. But for those who want to know, here is the exact Pokemon Unite Mew Release Date.

The legendary Pokemon joins and will be likely a very controversial Pokemon. From what was shown, its abilities will partially be from other Pokemon. This is something that is known about Mew and its ability to copy the looks of other Pokemon. Similar to Ditto.

These types of abilities are also seen in other games. The best example would be Viego or Sylas in League of Legends, arguably to most popular MOBA in the world. They are able to copy their opponent’s abilities but in different fashions. It seems as though Mew will still have its own shielding ability and ultimate.

What will be interesting is what the cooldown on that ability is and whether Mew is copying its teammate’s ability or an opponent’s. This will be a very important distinction for it. It could be the difference between whether Mew will be able to sustain itself in a solo lane or in the mid-lane.

Mew will also be coming with a very Renaissance-styled holoware. This seems to fit the new map that is coming out as well.

Regardless, the Pokemon Unite Mew Release date has already been revealed. It will be coming with Volume 3 of the Pokemon Unite Anniversary on September 2, 2022.
