The exodus of the Vancouver Titans staff continued today as Assistant Coach and Professional Team Analyst JaeHong “Andante” Hwang annonced his departure. Following the release of now former Head Coach Hwang “Pajion” Jisub last week. On twitter he has announced his new status as a free agent who is actively looking for a new team.

Thanking all those who supported him and the team over the almost two years he spent with the Titans, he now enters the wild world of free agency. With multiple teams currently struggling to find themselves in the league he ideally will find a new home shortly. It is sad to see a clearly gifted coach be looking for a new team at this point in the season. This now leaves the Titans with just one remaining person on their now depleted coaching staff. That being assistant coach Yangwon “Yang1″ Kwon. These announcements show that there is indeed trouble in the woods of Vancouver. It is unlikely that this is the last domino to fall.
Possible Landing Spots
Andante coming from a team such as the Titans should surely make him a hot commodity. Teams near the bottom of the power rankings who are in clear need of coaching elevations such as the Boston Uprising or the Washington Justice could surely benefit from his expertise and experience at the top level. Although the COVID-19 pandemic does affect possible openings as teams may be wary to alter the status quo during these times. Even if they are so clearly in need of change.
Titan fall?
Only time will tell as to what has truly caused the Titans to be making such moves this deep into the season. There are plenty of rumours flying around and the team is currently not doing much to quell them. Fans must be hopeful, even in these dark times.
