Harsha began his Overwatch career as an analyst and content producer on the Around the Watch podcast. He left that position in late 2017 to join the San Francisco Shock as an analyst for the 2018 season. In December of 2018, he was signed as a coach for the new Vancouver Titans, as an assistant to Ji-Sub “paJion” Hwang. Under paJion and Harsha, the Titans set multiple League records and dominated the post-season, running through the winners’ bracket to face the San Francisco Shock in the Grand Finals.
Harsha will replace former Head Coach Tae-yeong “TaiRong” Kim in Houston. TaiRong was the Outlaws’ head coach since the team’s inception in 2017 before being released after the 2019 season. The team placed 7th out of 12 teams in the 2018 season, and 16th out of 20 teams in 2019.
Most fans and analysts anticipated big changes for the Outlaws after two disappointing seasons, and general manager Matt “flame” Rodriguez hinted that more changes would be coming soon.
What if I told you there's more coming this week.
That'd be crazy…
Unless …
