In the same announcement, the Uprising unveiled that star rookies Leyton “Punk” Gilchrist and Sang-min “Myunb0ng” Seo are returning for 2021 as well.

The contact extensions come as a surprise to fans after Boston’s dismal 2-19 season. Fusions and Punk will be opting in for their “Option Year” with Boston, and Myunb0ng is currently on his second year of his rookie contract. Colourhex is the only player in the announcement to have inked a new with Boston going forward.

As for the other big name, Boston is currently working on different options with breakout star Tae-hee “Jerry” Min. Whether he is on the trading block or up for an extension is unclear, but fans will surely want to see another year of the most exciting players in Boston’s org.
