The Eagles are signing defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh to a one-year contract. This is the third addition to the offensive line since around the Week 8 trade deadline. They’ve also added Linval Joseph and Robert Quinn.
The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported the news via Twitter on Thursday.
Suh was the second overall selection in the 2010 NFL Draft. This will be his 13th NFL season, and the fifth NFL team he’s joined. He managed to win the Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021 after being an early-season addition in 2019.
The last time Suh played was in 2021, with Tampa Bay. He played in all 17 games, racking up six sacks and just 27 combined tackles, which was the lowest total of his career. He, Quinn and Joseph are all added to this Eagles defensive line that just lost speedy defensive lineman, Jordan Davis.
