Free agent quarterback Jacoby Brissett will sign with the Washington Commanders according to ESPN’s Dianna Russini.
Brissett, 30, has played for the Patriots, Colts, Dolphins and Browns in his NFL career. He has passed for 10,350 yards, 48 touchdowns and 23 interceptions on 61.1 percent completion in his career. In 2022 with the Browns, Brissett started 11 games, passing for 2,608 yards, 12 touchdowns and six interceptions on 64 percent completion.
In Washington, Brissett will join Sam Howell in the quarterback room as they are projected to battle for the starting spot.
