The Dallas Cowboys are the latest team to unveil their alternate helmet for the 2022-2023 season. The NFL has given each team permission to wear an alternate helmet this season, and many teams have already released theirs. Dallas is going with a white throwback helmet, rather than a new design.
The Dallas Cowboys’ Twitter account released an image of it on Thursday.

Usually, the Cowboys’ helmets are silver, with a blue star on the side. This throwback look just replaces the silver with white. It appears the team will pair this helmet with the blue uniform that features an all-white neck and shoulder pad area.
The Cowboys will don these uniforms and helmets on Thanksgiving Day, which is a Week 12 home game against the division rival New York Giants. This is apparently the first time the Cowboys have worn throwback uniforms on Thanksgiving since 2012, as the Cowboys play every year on the holiday.
