Vincent, 25, has played in the NBA for two seasons, both of which have come with the Miami Heat. He averaged 4.8 points in 13.1 minutes per game last season.
The Heat have added Kyle Lowry and P.J. Tucker this free agency period, but will need players like Vincent to fill out the bench and contribute some key minutes.
