Jack “Kayys” Kayser will be taking his talents back across the Atlantic after signing with Vitality. This comes after he joined TSM at the end of the 2020 season but was speculated to be leaving the team after the team struggled in 2022. Vitality had a pretty disappointing season compared to what their expectations were. Now, it seems like they will be bringing in reinforcements by signing Kayys are their newest Analyst and Scout.

This will not be the first time that Kayys has worked in Europe. While being from the United States, Kayys has worked with teams in multiple regions. Along with the LEC and LCS, he got his start in OCE with the Dire Wolves back in 2016. Since then he has gone back and forth between NA and EU.
Last time he was in EU he worked with Origen for about a year from 2019 to 2020. While the team found success, it was nothing like when he worked with Fnatic. He was with them as an analyst during the 2018 season. In that season Fnatic finished first going 13-4 and would go on to sweep G2. They would also finish third-fourth at MSI getting taken down by Uzi and RNG in the semifinals. As for the Summer Split, success continued with Fnatic placing first at 13-5 and then winning another championship. At Worlds, Fnatic would lose in the Finals against Invictus Gaming 3-0 ending arguably the greatest season in Fnatic history.
Clearly, Kayys is very happy to go to Europe to work and will now be joining his third team from the region. He was highly sought after with teams from NA and other teams from EU working to get his service.
With Vitality rumored to be going a much different direction than in 2022, it will be interesting to see how Kayys adapts and fits in with his new team.
