The 100 Thieves 2022 Academy roster has been announced including Gamsu, Kenvi, JimieN, Wixxi and Busio. This roster comes after 100 Thieves Academy won scouting grounds. Two of the players from that run, Luger and Poome, are now starting on CLG’s LCS Roster. Tenacity, while technically on 100T Academy, was not part of the run due to being at Worlds 2021. He is splitting time with Ssumday in the LCS. The tweet announcing the changes is below.

100 Thieves Academy’s Stacked Roster:
In terms of an Academy roster, this is pretty stacked. Starting off with returning players, Kenvi is amazing. There was a ton of talk about him in the offseason and how he deserved a starting LCS spot. Unfortunately, that didn’t come to fruition and he gets to smurf another year in Academy. Busio is also an incredibly solid player. He split time with Poome, but he deserved a starting Academy spot. Fans should be excited that he got this opportunity. Gamsu also is technically a returning player. He got promoted along with Chad from 100T Next for Proving Grounds due to Kenvi and Tenacity going to Worlds. It’s great to see that he retained that spot after an incredibly solid performance at Scouting Grounds and Proving Grounds.
The new players are just as exciting though. Wixxi is the former C9 Amateur ADC. He played in Scouting Grounds and impressed many people. Furthermore, Wixxi is 19 years old, which for LCS standards is quite young. He should be a team fight monster on 100T. Finally there is JimieN who some PCS fans may recognize. He was the Mid Laner on Machi and had stats of 63 GD10, 90 XPD10 and .3 CSD10. This is all while on a 6th place team. Furthermore, he is only 19 years old.
This 100T Academy roster is looking to be quite exciting. 100T has done an incredible job fostering young talent and fans should expect the same with this roster.
