The Overwatch League returns this Friday to kick off yet another week of Countdown Cup qualifiers. A slew of close games and upsets destabilized the rankings in NA last weekend, while some Eastern teams successfully bounced back from poor Summer Showdown showings to become true powerhouses in their region.
Though only a handful of the teams we saw last week will be competing this weekend, exciting, high-octane matches are still guaranteed, mainly due to the sheer competitive weight they hold- in fact, it’s likely that the matches played this weekend will be some of the most important ones we’ll see this season. The four worst teams in North America will all be slugging it out this weekend in last-ditch efforts to compete in the postseason playins. Of these four teams, only one will get the opportunity to participate in the playins- the rest will end their 2021 season run with the Countdown Cup. And with how close these four teams are in skill, a single game, if not a single map, could be all that’s needed to tip the scales in a specific teams favour.
But which specific teams will be battling it out in week 17 of the Overwatch League? When will they be playing? And how can you watch each and every one of these presumably meta-shaking matches live?

Though each match will likely start and end around the times listed here, extremely close games that often go to a fifth map have been extremely common this season, so there’s always a chance that games will go far longer than expected.
