Call of Duty Modern Warfare has had its fair share of issues with skins providing an unfair advantage to players. A good example of this is the Rose skin being too dark back in Modern Warfare II. This time around players are seeing the Gaia, better known as the Groot skin, getting disabled for the time being.

Modern Warfare III Groot Skin Will Be Disabled
Following an update that will be released today, SHG plans to disable the Gaia (Groot) skin in Modern Warfare III. During this period, Players cannot use or equip this skin in any game mode. Sledgehammer Games has stated that they will re-enable the skin in a future update once they’ve made visibility changes. The main issue that players came across with the skin is that it’s hard to see in-game providing an unfair advantage during firefights. When will the Groot skin be re-enabled in Modern Warfare III is anybody’s guess at the moment.
