Arizona State Fires Herm Edwards
Arizona State fired head coach Herm Edwards after a loss to Eastern Michigan on Saturday. He had a 26-20 record in five seasons as the man in charge. Edwards made three bowl games out of the four seasons he was eligible to get one. The program is currently going under an NCAA investigation.
Minnesota’s Chris Autman-Bell Out for Season
Minnesota wide receiver Chris Autman-Bell is out for the season with a leg injury according to head coach P.J. Fleck. A seventh year of eligibility will be applied for on his behalf.
Other News and Notes
- Nebraska fires defensive coordinator Erik Chinander.
- After sustaining injuries against Texas, all quarterbacks, including Quinn Ewers practiced.
