Veteran cornerback Prince Amukamara has been released by the Las Vegas Raiders. He was a Raider for a little over three months before his release.
The NFL’s Tom Pelissero reported the news via Twitter on Monday.
The #Raiders have released CB Prince Amukamara, sources tell me and @MikeGarafolo.

Amukamara spent the first five years of his career as a New York Giant, winning Super Bowl XLVI over the New England Patriots. He then spent one year in Jacksonville via free agency, followed by three years as a Chicago Bear.
Last season, he forced and recovered one fumble, had 10 passes defended and zero interceptions in 15 games. He has never eclipsed more than three interceptions in a season, doing it twice (2014 and 2018).
Amukamara is officially a free agent, and can be collected by any team in the NFL.
