What Is The Wild Rift Samira Release Date

The League of Legends: Wild Rift patch 3.3 update was recently previewed by Riot Games. The upcoming update feature gameplay adjustments, new content, and new champions. One of those new champions is Wild Rift Samira. The question now however is when is the Wild Rift Samira release date?

Previously data miners have revealed a week ago that Wild Rift Sion along with 3 other champions would be arriving. Now the leaks are confirmed to be true.

Who Is Wild Rift Samira

For players who don’t know her, Wild Rift Samira is a marksman who specializes in the duo lane. Her passive, Daredevil Impulse, lets her get close to other champions.

When she’s close enough, she’ll change out her pistols for a short-range blade attack, which deals bonus damage. When she attacks an immobilized enemy, she’ll dash into range. If they’re airborne, she’ll knock them up for a few extra seconds.

Samira’s first ability, Flair, fires a single shot. If there’s an enemy in front of her, she’ll slash in a cone instead. Her second ability, Blade Whirl, creates a field around herself, destroying any projectiles in contact. This ability is effective for crowd control.
Samira’s third ability, allows her to dash toward an enemy champion or structure, slashing everything in her path. Other abilities can be used during her dash as well. Samira’s ultimate is Inferno Trigger. Although the ability doesn’t have a cooldown, it requires an S-grade Style to use.  Style can be stacked by dealing damage to champions with different abilities and attacks. Samira can’t cast Blade Whirl during Inferno Trigger, and it can be interrupted by crowd control, so make sure you have a clear shot. Samira also comes with a special emote that throws enemies 1 gold.
Wild Rift Samira was thought to be available on July 13 when the League of Legends: Wild Rift patch 3.3 update drops. As of not it seems as though Samira will come sometime during patch 3.3.
