Wild Rift Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah Revealed

The Star Guardian skin line are incredibly popular in League PC. The skin lines flaunts their with magical school uniform themes, dazzling with their clean fits and animations. These champions use their powers to save the universe in the flashiest of ways. And recently, Wild Rift began implementing more of the Star Guardian skins into the mobile. Specifically, Wild Rift Star Guardian Xayah recently made its debut. The skin has two version: Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah, and normal Star Guardian Xayah.

The video introduction for the skin starts off with Rakan surrounded by darkness. Xayah proclaims, “please, the darkness is so less easy.” She then runs off to her loved one, and saves him from being engulfed by the shadows.

Anyway, the skin looks absolutely amazing. The particle effects, the VFX, and even the animations all impress. Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah’s walking animation after returning from base looks better than any walking animation scene in both League PC and Wild Rift. There’s even an added extra detail after Xayah casts her ult, turning her entire outfit black momentarily.

In Conclusion

Skins like Wild Rift Star Guardian Xayah really prove that Riot takes no shortcuts for their mobile game. Instead of cutting corners, they recreate already existing skins from scratch, adding extra details and polishing the models for the handheld. Honestly, this is great to see. Even for players who have specific skins on the PC version of the game, repurchasing the cosmetic on Wild Rift really doesn’t feel as bad. The skin developers put plenty of work and love into their creations in Wild Rift, and seeing their hard work result in such amazing skins helps add appeal to Wild Rift. Players just need to wait for the ranked changes to come in, and hopefully the game will be far less toxic and more playable as a whole!
